Responsible for identifying strategies to grow SEFE's Central and Eastern European buisiness and originate and trade in these CEE gas markets both on a structured trading basis (assets/contracts backed) and, potentially, on a proprietary basis. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Own and develop a commercial strategy for the organic build up of a commercial gas business in the CEE region, building on the existing core skill sets of SEFE (structured trading & Trading), and leveraging the exisiting presence on neighbouring markets, you will be responisble for the development and growth of this desk. 

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to organically grow SEFE’s gas trading footprint in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and potentially Greece/Turkey.
• Originate and manage structured and proprietary trading activities using your deep understanding of assets, contracts, and market fundamentals in the region.
• Cultivate and leverage strong relationships within the CEE region to uncover and capture new business opportunities.
• Own and manage a diversified book of gas positions including equity gas, storage, and transportation.
• Collaborate closely with SEFE’s gas trading desk, Structured Trading team, and analytics function to enhance market modelling and risk deployment.
• Lead daily booking, reporting, and analysis of trades, P&L, and trading performance.
