Senior Strategy and Communication Advisor (m/f/d)

IN SHORT

As Senior Strategy and Communication Advisor (m/f/d), you will provide strategic and communication support to the EVP and Leadership Team in regard to SEFE's Low Carbon activities and projects, communication and internal and external stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for development and implementation of the business area's communication strategy as part of the business strategy, drive H2CE's market and internal presence. Support SEFE's recognition as leader in decarbonization. You will report to the EVP of H2CE.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Communication Plan for H2CE: Elaborate and implement a communciation plan, advise the EVP, H2CE LST and Teams, regularly review its effectiveness towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Communication Dashboard: elaborate and maintain a list of news about Low Carbon projects and activities, upcoming market communication, required and available budgets as regular report to the H2CE Management.
  • Strategy Support: Follow up on projects and activties to regularly report to H2CE and SEFE group. Align communication with upcoming decisons, and advise market events and on advocating events with regulatory decision makers (e. g. Parlamentarisches Frühstück etc.).
  • Stakeholder engagement: support all H2CE teams in implementing communication in their work streams and stage gates. Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, give advise, collect their feedback, and engage them in a culture of transparency.
  • Communication: advise the H2CE mangement on internal communication around projects, and constant transparency of internal decison taking. Drive an interactive internal H2CE Webpage.
  • Learning and continuous improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication, identify optimization potential and suggestions for increasing efficiency, advise H2CE LST and project teams on effective communication.
  • SEFE capabilities: Support the objective of SEFE as learning organisation by sharing best practices and advise the project community, by industry best practice and review of SEFE's peers for low carbon activities and new decarbonization markets.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Degree in business administration or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in project communication leadership, ideally in the field of renewable energies, engineering, critical infrastructure.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in working with interdisciplinary international teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in corporate decison taking processes
  • Strong organisational, structuring, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in energy markets, industry players, SEFE peers and Sales
  • High flexibility, pleasure in building up a new area
  • Willingness to adapt to changing conditions in a dynamic environment
  • High level of self-motivation, taking on responsibility and continuously develop professionally and personally.
  • Intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
  • Business fluent at least in German and English
