Are you passionate about turning data into strategic decisions? As a Business Analyst at SEFE Energy Netherlands, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Rotterdam on a freelance contract of up to 6 months.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Standards and Trend Analysis: Co-define IT standards and guidelines, and analyze trends for strategic improvements.
• Business Efficiency Analysis: Analyze business efficiency and make recommendations based on organizational needs and ROI assessments.
• Requirements and Solution Design: Document user requirements, write specifications, and collaborate with architects to design complex IT solutions.
• Business Case and Roadmap Development: Develop business cases for digital solutions and maintain an aligned functional roadmap.
• Stakeholder Partnership and Deliverables: Partner with stakeholders to drive business development and establish deliverables.
• Support and Quality Assurance: Support project planning, quality assurance with comprehensive test cases, and the continuous development of IT architecture.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Deep understanding of business model, business processes and IT solution design
• Proven track record in project management, IT implementation or equivalent
• Analytical thinking, good conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Ability to getting started fast with using different IT application systems and introducing oneself to hitherto unknown business areas
• Curiosity, exploratory urge and interest in continuous self-improvement
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and social skills
• Proven record of BA experience in complex projects
