Sales Support Administrator (m/f/d)

IN SHORT

Join our  Sales team in Rotterdam  as a Sales Support Administrator. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for tender requests from brokers, ensuring all details are accurately captured and entered into Salesforce and GEMS. Your work will enable our Sales team to deliver timely and competitive pricing, making you an essential link in driving business success. You’ll also take ownership of a variety of ad-hoc tasks, providing flexible support to keep operations running smoothly.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Be the initial contact point for energy broker questions
  • Process energy broker tenders, inputting the data into various systems for contract pricing
  • Liaise with credit risk to complete credit checks
  • Process customer moves through a change of tenancy process
  • Process customer changes through the change of entity process
  • Support the account management team on broker visits
  • Collate broker performance data as required

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • A desire to listen, understand and implement solutions for your stakeholders
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
  • Attention to detail to deliver a right first-time approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • IT proficiency, with a strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail) and comfortable using CRM systems (eg salesforce)
  • Fluency in Dutch (verbal and written) and working knowledge of English
