IN SHORT

You will manage customer-service activities related to our gas-based energy products and services, with high performance expectations and strong autonomy. You are responsible for a portfolio of major clients (large multisite customers or industrials), dealing with topics that can be technical and require rigor and a solid understanding of the gas-sector mechanisms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage a portfolio of major clients and ensure high-level contractual, operational, and relationship follow-up.
  • Develop and implement customer-service policies and procedures, ensuring proper application across all internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for complex customer requests and escalated issues until full resolution. You will also be an important resource in resolving customer complaints.
  • Interact directly with gas distribution system operators (DSOs) and transmission system operators (TSOs) on technical topics: capacity management, load profiles, incidents, metering anomalies, etc.
  • Monitor, analyze, and consolidate customer feedback to identify pain points, propose improvements, and drive corrective action plans.
  • Manage and optimize customer-request handling through CRM tools, ensuring traceability, prioritization, and deadline follow-up.
  • Handle a wide variety of tasks, requiring strong adaptability and precise prioritization, with support from your manager when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: document processes, formalize best practices, and identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop technical expertise and proactively seek solutions autonomously.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Proven experience in the energy sector (gas strongly preferred) or, at minimum, in a demanding technical and operational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication: ability to interact and influence at all levels (key accounts, internal teams, DSOs/TSOs).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly understand technical contexts and build robust responses.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce), operational systems, and multi-application environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage multiple files simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and handle urgent issues quickly.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and ability to research and find solutions independently.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a genuine desire to deliver proactive and flawless service.
  • Solid understanding of the gas sector - regulation, gas chain (supplier - DSO - TSO), network-access processes - would be a strong asset.
