Senior Project Manager

IN SHORT

Senior project managers ensure the implementation of larger projects and programmes by applying company project management principles and methods. 

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Project Planning & Reporting: Develop and maintain project plans, and provide regular reporting on progress and alignment with project executives for complex projects.
  • Project Compliance: Ensure projects meet budget, time, and quality requirements, including cost controlling and budget monitoring.
  • Initiation & Execution: Start up and initiate projects based on IT product demands, and manage the operative execution of projects.
  • Delivery & Readiness: Deliver the project end product, including confirming operational readiness with application owners for handover.
  • Project Closure: Manage the closure of projects, ensuring all deliverables and documentation are completed.
  • Resource & Budget Planning: Plan and allocate resources, align with processes (e.g., DRB, Group Prioritization Process), and handle budget planning in annual and mid-year cycles.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Understanding of Business Requirements.
  • Proven record of managing complex IT projects.
  • Expertise in project management frameworks, strategic planning, high-level stakeholder management, and mentoring other project managers.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Excellent communication and service attitude.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Good time, planning, problem solution and conflict management skills.
  • Structured way of working.
