Sales Performance Specialist (m/f/d)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a Sales Performance Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting data-driven decision-making and enhancing sales effectiveness, particularly in the UK market. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and processing sales market data, with a strong focus on the UK.
  • Contributing to management and financial reporting, including inputs for the UK Gross Margin Forecast.
  • Creating and maintaining regular internal sales reports, and supporting the delivery of sales data for external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with commercial sales teams (SME, MID, Corporate) and sales steering to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Monitoring and maintaining sales KPIs, and supporting the development and harmonization of performance metrics for UK Sales.
  • Driving improvements in data quality, automation, and accessibility, ensuring reliable and actionable sales insights.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • A qualification in Data Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Solid technical proficiency, including experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in international teams.
  • A foundational understanding of financial reporting and UK regulatory frameworks is desirable.
