It is an exciting time for SEFE. With ambitious goals, the company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to the CIO who will take the lead in driving Human Resources initiatives that support the company's (digital) transformation.
SEFE recognizes that an agile and customer-centric HR function plays a significant role in the company's ability to navigate and expand into new markets while achieving strategic objectives.
Reporting directly to SVP HR CCO and working in close collaboration with CIO, this position will primarily be London based. The role will complete SEFE's Human Resources team and is well-suited for an individual with sufficient seniority to engage with executive leadership while enthusiastically driving tactical/operational initiatives from the COE's.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Act as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Executive Advisory to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and function, supporting digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive implementation of modern HRIS solutions to enhance digital capabilities.
- Support the global IT function in transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based services.
- Ensure effective training and upskilling of IT staff in: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud computing and Data management
- Partner with SEFE’s Talent Acquisition team to: fill vacancies within the IT department and support strategic workforce planning aligned with evolving IT and business needs
- Provide full-spectrum HR support to the CIO function, including operational and tactical responsibilities.
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to C-Level executives, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of the global HR Business Partner community.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to drive: Process improvement and standardization and consistency in HR practices
- Lead the company’s digital and HR transformation through continuous process enhancement and best practice implementation.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field. Preferred: HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, PHR/SPHR).
- Long term experience in HR, including experience as an HRBP or in a strategic role.
- Experience supporting IT functions in global environments.
- Proven track record in digital transformation and HRIS projects.
- Comfortable advising C-level leaders in complex, matrixed settings.
- Strong background in talent management and workforce planning.
- Understanding of digital tech in HR: cloud, AI, and data management.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience (e.g., with CoEs, TA).
- Project management expertise, including global initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
