  • Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience assessing complex business situations, identifying root causes, and recommending practical solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies, including opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
  • Experience working with business applications throughout their full lifecycle and participating in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business and technology teams at all levels.
  • Curious, innovative, and commercially aware mindset, with an interest in emerging technologies, data-driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement.
💡 You don’t need to meet every requirement. If the role excites you, we’d love to hear from you.
