Deliver assigned workstreams within Finance change and transformation programmes, supporting process design, adoption, and reporting activities. Ensure initiatives are executed to plan while building stakeholder relationships and developing expertise in Finance change delivery.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Change Execution: Deliver assigned tasks within finance transformation and change initiatives.
• Operating Model Adoption: Maintain Operating Model documentation and updates.
• Programme Delivery: Deliver specific workstreams under guidance. Prepare project plans for smaller initiatives and lead project delivery for small changes.
• Frameworks & Reporting: Prepare reporting data, track KPIs, and maintain transformation frameworks.
• Adoption & Change Management: Support training and engagement initiatives. draft project communications and support intranet updates.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with project managers, BAU finance and team leads and coordinate project and change activities across different teams.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Track risks and escalate as needed.
• Capability Development and Knowledge Management: Manage and administrate Finance Knowledge basis and shared content. Activity contribute to enhancement of the knowledge base.
• Process Design & Testing: Support process design and updates, coordinate testing activities, and capture results to ensure Finance processes meet business requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

Professional Experience:

• Experience in finance, business analysis, or project/change support roles.
• Exposure to finance transformation or ERP projects.
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation.
• Basic understanding of business readiness and adoption techniques.
• Experience producing management information dashboards.
• Working knowledge of risk & issue tracking.

Skills and Competencies:

• Solid organisational & time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Analytical skills & attention to detail.
• Ability to follow structured methodologies.
• Data handling, MI reporting, and PowerPoint/Excel skills.
• Collaboration & proactive problem-solving.
