The Agile Officer will be responsible for creating, Developing, and Implementing Strategy for Agile Working within SEFE. They will create Agile Foundations in IT, implementing agile frameworks to improve delivery speed, quality, and adaptability, delivering concerete cost savings.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
We are seeking an Agile Office Lead (AO) to drive a major end-to-end transformation programme. Phase 1 will focus on IT, with Phase 2 expanding into core business domains such as Sales. The AO will be at the heart of defining the transformation roadmap, ensuring delivery against clear success criteria, and creating alignment between IT and business leadership.
This role requires a strong communicator and change agent who can bridge technical and business priorities, while ensuring transparency and accountability across the organisation. The AO will play a pivotal role in shaping the programme, driving measurable outcomes, and ensuring that improvements deliver real business value.
- Define the transformation roadmap and success criteria for each phase.
- Lead the Agile Office, coordinating with IT and business domain leadership.
- Drive delivery, reporting against KPIs including cycle time, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with developers, traders, and front-office teams to ensure IT solutions drive revenue, manage expectations, and deliver high-impact results.

- Proven expertise in creating and managing strategic roadmaps, with a track record of monitoring and delivering IT transformation initiatives.
- Ability to identify and drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Experience in fostering a culture of agility, creativity, and problem-solving within teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of agile practices and technologies, with proven success in leading IT-heavy agile transformations.
- Strong change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to secure alignment across technical and commercial functions.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate agile success into tangible business value for customer-facing teams.
