Oversee and manage the Finance transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised, governed, and delivered to realise benefits. Shape and embed the Finance Operating Model, oversee adoption strategies, manage risks, and build capability across the team, acting as a key partner to senior leadership and ExCo on Finance change matters.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Transformation Roadmap: Own and manage the full Finance transformation roadmap, ensuring governance, prioritisation, and benefit realisation.
- Operating Model Adoption: Shape, document, and maintain the Finance Operating Model, ensuring alignment across processes, data, systems, and technology.
- Programme Delivery: Provide end-to-end leadership of all Finance change projects, ensuring successful delivery to time, budget, and quality.
- Frameworks & Reporting: Define frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards across the portfolio and ensure executive-level reporting.
- Adoption & Change Management: Lead adoption strategies across Finance, ensuring sustainable embedding of new ways of working. Oversee Finance communications across all transformation initiatives, ensuring clarity, alignment, and executive-level updates.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-, N1 and N2 level senior leaders, IT, and BAU Finance to secure alignment and commitment.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Oversee risk management across the Finance transformation portfolio, ensuring mitigation and resolution. Escalate where necessary.
- Capability Development: Lead capability development across the Finance change function, mentoring Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Juniors.
- Process Design & Testing: Oversee Finance process design, testing, and deployment across the transformation portfolio, ensuring consistency, best practice adoption, and alignment with the Finance Operating Model.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
Professional Experience:
- Significant experience in finance transformation, change management, or consulting.
- Proven track record in portfolio governance and strategy execution.
- Deep knowledge of Target Operating Model design and implementation.
- Experience leading large-scale change programmes
- Skilled in stakeholder management at CFO/Board level.
- Experience in risk and dependency management across complex portfolios.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication & executive stakeholder influence.
- Advanced governance, portfolio & programme management skills.
- Strong understanding of finance processes & systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
- Risk management & control mindset.
- People leadership and coaching.
- High resilience & ability to manage ambiguity, data-driven decision-making.
