Our team “Offer Management & Digital Channel” is responsible for the sales-oriented systems in which prospects become customers: CRM, customer portal, product configurator, and our own solution for the Sales Desk. Here, offers for energy sales are created, finalized, and handed over to delivery. We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to help us shape the future of digital sales systems.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Operation & further development of central systems Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the product configurator as well as support of the CRM system and its interfaces.
- Requirements & solution management Recording requirements together with business analysts and product owners and developing optimal technical solutions.
- Technical implementation & quality assurance Participation in development, testing, bug fixing, and monitoring as well as maintenance of the relevant documentation.
- Service, incident & vendor management Handling incidents and service requests according to ITIL standards in ServiceNow and managing external service providers.
- Project work & agile further development Driving projects for the digitization and optimization of sales processes and implementation using agile methods such as SCRUM.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 7 years of professional experience
- Experience in operating Java-based web applications and good SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of test, change, incident, and problem management
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially Azure
- Analytical, communicative, and team-oriented working style
- Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM/Kanban
- Excellent German and English skills
