As an L&D Partner (m/f/d), you led the design and implementation of strategic programs to build future-ready capabilities, drive learning transformation, and support organizational change. You managed end-to-end delivery of engagement surveys, translating insights into actionable plans that enhanced workplace culture and team performance. You also developed and embedded frameworks for team development, performance management, and talent review to strengthen leadership, accountability, and succession planning across the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Deliver FutureReady Skills development program: Design and implement a dynamic capability-building program to equip employees with critical future skills
- Engagement survey: Manage end-to-end delivery of engagement surveys, analyze results, and work with stakeholders to drive action plans that improve workplace culture.
- Develop & Embed a Team Development Framework: Build and roll out a framework that supports high-performing, collaborative teams across the organization.
- Drive L&D Change & Transformation Programs: Lead initiatives that align learning strategies with evolving business needs and support large-scale organizational transformation.
- Shape Performance Management Strategy: Reimagine performance management processes to enhance individual accountability, feedback culture, and business outcomes.
- Implement a Talent Review Framework: Design and implement a structured, data-driven talent review process to support succession planning and leadership development.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification
- Professional certification in Learning & Development is a plus
- Experience in learning and development, training, Talent Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
- Strong understanding of talent development best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Adaptable, agile and flexible
- Experience working with pan-European employees is high desirable
- Good language skills in German and English written and spoken
