IN SHORT
We are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner (f/m/d) at our Kassel location as soon as possible. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner, supporting SEFE’s internal management with valuable financial insights – both at the functional and group level. Within Management Reporting, you will provide decision-relevant data and actively drive the continuous development of our reporting processes to meet the evolving needs of the business and corporate governance.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Support internal management on ad hoc financial modelling and analysis on a functional, entity and Group basis
- Partner assigned internal management to prepare their budget and forecasts, owning subsequent tracking of performance and alignment to financial strategy
- Independently verify accuracy of financial results for assigned area of responsibility, providing reconciliation between management reporting and statutory presentations
- Set requirements for reporting systems development, and utilise relevant finance master data/dimensions to deliver regular performance reporting updates to assigned internal management
- Act as a cross functional resource to support projects that drive forward efficiency, analytical insight or greater control for both Management Reporting and wider Group
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Bachelor's or Master degree in business studies, economics, management, finance or similar
- Evidence of analytical skills in a financial capacity
- Knowledge of energy business
- Use of SAP or other financial systems
- Ability to concisely translate complex concepts into simple messages and presentations
- Able to manage and dynamically prioritise a varied and changing workload
- Naturally inquisitive with a strong attention to detail
- Takes initiative and works effectively with a high degree of autonomy
- Collaborates productively within diverse teams across different experience levels, backgrounds, and locations
