Our team "Offer Management & Digital Channel" is responsible for the sales-related systems in which prospects become customers: CRM, customer portal, product configurator, and our in-house Sales Desk solution. Here, energy sales offers are created, contracts are concluded, and the supply process is initiated. We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to help shape the future of our digital sales systems with us.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Operation and further development Ensure stable operation and further development of the customer portal and the Sales Desk in-house solution.
- Requirements Management & Implementation Capture requirements and implement technical solutions together with the business departments.
- Vendor Management Coordinate external service providers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Agile Work Implement projects in SCRUM and continuously optimize the systems.
- Incident and Service Management Handle inquiries and problems according to ITIL standards.
- Documentation Maintain system documentation in Confluence, Azure DevOps, and LeanIX.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience operating Java-based web applications with databases (ORACLE, MS SQL)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Azure, as well as basic knowledge in test management, change, incident, and problem management
- Experience with agile methods such as SCRUM or Kanban
- Analytical thinking, team spirit, and strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
