To support our international HR team, we are looking for a dedicated (Senior) HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at our Kassel location, who will help shape and drive our HR agenda with expertise, empathy, and strategic foresight. As a (Senior) HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in our international HR team. You will independently support several departments and actively drive both strategic and operational HR topics forward.
WHAT WILL YOU DO

You advise and support our managers on all strategic and operational HR topics – from workforce planning to succession planning.

Together with our expert teams, you are responsible for implementing and further developing modern, efficient HR processes within your area of responsibility.

You design and lead national and international HR projects, support change processes, and actively contribute to organizational development initiatives.

You continuously develop our HR policies, processes, and tools – with a focus on digitalization, automation, and future-readiness.

You work closely with managers, internal committees, employee representatives, and external partners – collaboratively and based on mutual trust.

You promote diversity, equal opportunities, and employee retention through targeted measures, thus actively contributing to a positive corporate culture.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING

You have a degree with a focus on HR (e.g. Business Administration, Business Law, Human Resources Management) or a comparable qualification with a strong HR background.

You bring several years of professional experience in the HR field – ideally within international and complex matrix organizations – and combine diplomatic skills with assertiveness.

You are willing to actively shape change processes in a dynamic, international environment – in a structured, proactive manner and with a focus on what truly matters.

You are eager to contribute your ideas and creativity to a wide range of HR projects and help shape their outcomes.

You possess strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels and are characterized by a high level of team spirit and results orientation.

You demonstrate a confident, empathetic, and reliable presence, along with a strong customer focus.

You have business-fluent German and English skills.
