IN SHORT
Do you want to take responsibility and actively shape the governance structures of our company? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a Corporate Office Coordinator, you will support the development of Corporate Office & Legal Operations and serve as a central interface for the Management Council, Supervisory Board, and committees.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
• Steer governance meetings: planning, agenda setting, coordination, and follow-up of all committee meetings.
• Review & prepare documents: quality gate for decision papers as well as creation of materials, minutes, and resolution overviews.
• Ensure compliance: monitoring legal, statutory, and governance requirements as well as regulatory changes.
• Manage interfaces: close coordination with Legal, Compliance, and other experts; confident communication with senior stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for documentation: maintenance of confidential governance documentation (e.g., resolution register).
• Optimize & digitalize processes: further development of procedures and use of Legal Tech.
• Manage the governance calendar: management of all deadlines, submissions, and regular governance dates.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
• Training as a legal assistant, paralegal, executive assistant or similar, alternatively relevant experience.
• Several years of experience in governance, committee support, or corporate law; ideally in a corporate environment (preferably in the energy sector).
• Very good knowledge of corporate law and corporate governance.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• Confident handling of MS Office, digital affinity, interest in Legal Tech.
• Structured, independent working style, high discretion, and a proactive mindset.
