As we continue to expand our commercial footprint in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Corporate Account Manager (m/f/x) to strengthen our presence and deepen relationships across the Belgian energy market.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
In this key commercial position, you will manage and grow a portfolio of business to business customers to achieve sales targets and strategic goals. You will lead the renewal of energy contracts for large and prestigious customers, identify new growth opportunities, and actively contribute to achieving revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEFE Energy’s account management customers and identify and prospect new customers.
- Sales development through a thorough understanding of customer needs and delivery of appropriate energy solutions.
- Be the customer’s primary point of contact throughout the contractual relationship.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service
- Actively monitor the energy market and competition.
- Monitor sales performance indicators (revenue, margin, pipeline).
- Regularly update the CRM and utilise all available IT tools to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate internally across teams to contribute to the improvement of sales processes.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
This is a perfect opportunity for a commercially driven account manager with strong relationship-management skills, a solid understanding of the Belgian energy landscape, and a passion for contributing to Europe’s energy supply to join a small team based in our office in Brussels.
You will demonstrate the following
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contract structures
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in French, Dutch and English
- A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, combined with commercial acumen
- Confidence using CRM tools and pipeline management
- Effective organisational skills
