Working Student Global HR Strategy (m/f/d)

Location:           Berlin

Salary:               17 EUR/hour

We are looking for a committed working student (m/f/d) to support our HR Strategic Programm Management team at our Berlin office with immediate effect.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Data processing in Excel, preparation of pivot tables, work with presentations.
• Support for clean-up and maintenance of data within HR systems.
• Support by project management activities.
• Support of internal communication, mailings, in cooperation with Internal Comms.
• Support by procurement internal processes.
• Support for online and offline events (on-site support, mailings, organisation, collecting and processing feedback).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Matriculated student (m/f/d) at a German university preferably in a relevant field of study, e.g. economics, IT, HR, or similar preferred in a Bachelor or Master program
• Confident handling of MS-Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams).
• Business fluent English language skills are required (B2 bis native), German is beneficial.
• Accuracy, Conscientousness, Steadiness.
